67 galleries will once again take over the Shed for Frieze New York

The art fair Frieze New York returns for its fifth year, hosting an array of 67 top galleries from around the world to be housed at The Shed, an iconic New York City cultural institution that has been transformed into an energetic hub for contemporary art.

The Shed is an architectural jewel within Hudson Yards that provides a site for presenting some of the most eclectic, cutting-edge work being produced in the world today.

A Global Showcase of Contemporary Vision

Frieze New York strengthens its reputation by balancing established names with rising talents. Major galleries will exhibit museum-quality works by celebrated contemporary artists.

Collector Frieze New York enhances its brand by incorporating established artists with emerging ones. International galleries will display museum-quality works by today’s leading contemporary artists, while newer galleries will focus on experimental methods and new narratives.

Collectors take advantage of the opportunity to make new purchases at the fair and many galleries use this event to strategically position works they believe will reflect the most in-demand segments of today’s artistic market.

In creating this environment, the fair gives artists international visibility by facilitating direct interaction between curators and critics and the artists themselves. By encouraging organic discussion throughout the fair.

Programming is critical to the success of the fair. It brings people together through talks, panels, and other activities about important ideas that are affecting how art is made today. Industry leaders contribute.

Conversations created in this way deepen engagement with and provide more ways to get accurate information about contemporary artistic expression.

A key priority of the fair is building a more inclusive community through diverse representation. Galleries at the fair show work from many different types of artists. They highlight the work of many different types of artists.

The Shed is the perfect place for an event that combines classiness with energy. As visitors explore the fair, they are curious and excited. The large, bold works engage viewers, while the small, delicate works invite viewers to come closer.

There is much enthusiasm for Frieze’s return this year as the show opens for another season! The venue and Frieze both share art; in addition to presenting a great deal of exciting work.
